  Friendly & helpful staff and coaches. Visited SA for work so dropped in for a few WODs. Very responsive to my emails prior to visit. Convenient location not far from downtown/the riverwalk making for an easy walk/Uber ride. WOD was programmed pretty tuff as they should be. I will go back next time I’m in town!

  I've been doing Crossfit for over 6 years and as a member of the Army, I've had a chance to hit boxes all over the country (and even a few overseas). This is a great gym, by far my favorite in San Antonio. There is a palpable sense of community that starts with the owners, who have established a climate that is welcoming, non-intimidating, and yet, will definitely push you. Every class begins with a thorough warm up and review of the movements in the WOD. The coaches circulate and provide excellent tips for movement form and scaling options, if need be. There are open gym hours and opportunities for specialized training (Oly, Endurance/running) and supplemental work. Very convenient to most of Fort Sam's gates, downtown, and midtown.

  Great place to workout, great sense of community. Workouts will be modified for beginners. You won't just be thrown into the lions den. I have been doing crossfit for 5 months now definitely see results, and definitely stronger

  Awesome box with many classes. Pier and beam building so when you drop your bar you feel like a super hero!
