  My mother went to this agency to purchase a flight. The agent, Spanish speaking female, purchased a ticket from a city in Mexico to Mexico City when she was requested to get a ticket from LA to Mexico City. This is not something that is easy to mistake, especially the names of the cities. The initial receipt had all correct days, times, and cities, however, when we checked online, all the information was wrong. The woman falsified the documents! When the woman was addressed with the error, instead of having a shred of humility, she blamed my mother for wanting to fix the error. Then the woman yelled at her when she was having my sister check it online before my mother left the store saying that my sister was interfering with her business. The woman yelled at my mother to the point of making her cry the moment she walked out of the store. This is unprofessional and down right rude. There was no apology at all from the woman.
