  The receptionist of Greyhound Bus Line is terrible. Her name is Alexis and she should not work there. She treats the customer so bad. She is just Pendeja! ALEXIS! PLEASE JUST STAY AT YOUR HOME IF YOU FEEL BAD AND ANGRY! DON'T TREAT THE PEOPLE LIKE YOU DID TO YOUR KIDS. PLEASE!!

  Worse bus trip ever! Uncomfortable, noisy seats are horrible. Drivers were rude.

  Just to let everyone know when they call you to pick up your package. You only have 3 days to do so if not you will receive storage fees. Never once did they ever mention that I only have 3 days to pick up my package. Thanks a lot greyhound for trying to make an extra Dollar!

  I don't even want to give Greyhound 1 star. It was the most horrible experience of my life! Had to sit all the way in the back of bus. Smelled like poop and pee. When I got off bus the driver made me get my own luggage out from underneath the buy. Never never again! Amtrak will always my business from now on.
