  Tiny bubbles is a great place the staff are friendly and people, but this laundry facility falls short of 5 stars due to an incident I experienced Thursday December 27 around 11am. I was walking up to the laundry mat like any day with laundry in hand. I ended up slipping and falling and landing on my full left side. I couldn't get up due to a slippery detergent that was on the ground from what looked like another patron had dropped their detergent and broke the bottle for there was a broken cap on the floor. I asked that someone clean it up before there were more incidents. Finally it was cleaned somewhat the worker the Rosalyna Roberson used a trash can full of water and a household broom to attempt to clean it up. No wet floor sign was ever put in that area only a household towel. I went to the hospital right after my laundry was done. I got x-rays and luckily had no breaks or fractures. I have left my contact info and the reason for with the other girl who was working there. It has been a little over 24 hours with no contact from the owner or manager which make me feel as though clients getting hurt on their premises doesn't warrant some sort of call back. Today I've been experiencing intense headaches and am super sore. If it doesn't subside by tomorrow I will be making another trip to the ER. Manager or owner if you are reading this please contact the number that was left at your facility. Thank you. Updated on May 29 2018: I have not received a response from the owners of Tiny bubbles. My hospital bills came in around February and I had to pay roughly $3,000 out of pocket. I have reached out multiple times and have sent a letter. I gave them two weeks or else I'd seek legal action. Nothing. I was not able to file with the court due to school and personal issues but now I will. I don't recommend anyone doing business with this facility if you can help it. If you do have a serious problem it will be almost impossible to get ahold of the right people.

  I love this place I live in Arlington but I drive all the way to this place to wash, that's how much I love it. It's always kept clean and do well maintained. Prices go from $1.50-$6.00

  I've never been so impressed with a laundry facility. So clean. So nice. So much room. It's packed & there's still available chairs, tables, & machines & a full change maker. On a Sunday night! The attendant is currently walking around checking stuff & cleaning. I've been to quite a few laundry mats. This amount of wow is weird. Oh, the chicken place inside is closed right now but the snack bar is open ...

  There are some good stuff about this place. Usually really clean and the people are nice. But you have to watch your quarters you put in the machine because sometimes it Doesn't count them. And the last 3 timed I was here the damn hot water didn't work in the machines, and the attendant said I make a note of it.... It's been a month and still no hot water..
