  I have been going to this place for about a year now , everything was going good for the most part up until a couple a months ago , it all started when I took a sports jacket to get dry cleaned for a special event that I had , some how I was giving the wrong jacket that evening when I got home I realized that the jacket wasn't mine I looked on the web to see the hours of operation since the event was in the morning in Dallas , well the first thing I noticed that they opened at 6am which is not true I was there at 6 till about 6:30 I couldn't wait much longer so I left . Another issue was that I took some Buckle brand jeans that I paid well over 80 dollars , I left them because apperantly they also do alterations well I have had to return my jeans a total of 4 times to get re done the reason I took them was to get them hemmed up which was never done right , I have spent a good amount of money there and I can honstly say that I will never go back , I will never recommened this place to anyone , very poor service . also as far as the staff goes the young lady in the front is to busy flirting with the customers then actually attending to their needs
