::They didn't have the bracelet in the size I needed in-store, so they ordered one to send to my home. When I received the bracelet, it was the wrong style (circles instead of hearts). I wanted it for Christmas, so I had to cancel the other order and re-order it online myself. The manager was "so sorry" for the mistake and said that she was going to send me perfume samples for my inconvenience. Needless to say, I never received them. If you want to purchase Tiffany products, do it on their website, not at the New Orleans location.

::Canal Place is very convenient for shopping if you work downtown. It's anchored by Saks, and they've recently added an Anthropologie and a J. Crew. They'll validate your parking in the garage if you buy anything there which helps offset the cost to park (usually it's around $2). The food court could use a little work though.
