  I have been in there twice now and both times were unpleasant experiences. Walked in, not greeted, to have a woman roll her eyes when I asked if she could help me with something. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. I considered them as a potential jeweler at one point, but I’m glad we took our business elsewhere. There are so many warm hearted people in this city who joyfully want to be a part of the next chapter of your life. But, sadly, not here.
