    A friendly staff gets the five star for me. Tiffany's selection is basic at best. Until Portland gets Cartier this will do for fast birthday and anniversary gifts.

    If you must go to a Tiffany local store for any reason, then you're out of options. Otherwise, you should know that although the staff here appeared to be friendly, some of them are not really professional to get things right the first shot or the second shot (fail to measure for ring sizing, fail to mail documents in timely manner, etc.) that you ended up having to visit the store multiple times just to get things right. Worse, they are not responsive to your inquires or requests.

    I happened to visit this Tiffany while in Portland and I am so glad that I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth. SA Stephanie Lee promptly showed me around the store taking such great care in her customer service. I recommend working with her as she was conversational, non-pushy, and just fun to spend a Tiffany & Co. experience with! I was shown each collection and best of all - I was able to personally experience each piece that drew my attention. This store is one of the largest I’ve been in and the selection was just superb. Staff were welcoming and seemed quite knowledgeable of their products. I can’t wait to visit again. Fabulous!

    BEWARE. INTERNAL THEFT. FRAUD. 0 STARS FOR THIS STORE. THEFT & FRAUD OCCURRED HERE AND TIFFANY & CO. DID NOTHING TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. I TOOK A VERY SENTIMENTAL PIECE (NECKLACE) IN FOR REPAIR FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT. IT WAS MY LONG TIME PARTNERS SET, IT CAME FROM HER DEAD SISTERS ESTATE. IT HOLDS SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONAL VALUE, AS THIS WAS HER ONLY CONNECTION TO HER SISTER THAT HAS PASSED. IT WAS PART OF A CLASSIC TIFFANYS SET THAT WAS MY PARTNERS - WITH A MATCHING BRACELET, BOTH THE NECKLACE AND THE BRACELET WERE HEAVY 18K GOLD. WHAT WAS GIVEN BACK TO ME WAS A FRAUDULENT VERSION. THE BRACELET NOW WEIGHS MORE THAN THE NECKLACE, WHICH THE NECKLACE WAS ALWAYS MUCH HEAVIER. THE MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY MADE A HORRIFIC INSINUATION THAT I TOOK IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AFTER THE REPAIR AND HAD THE CHAIN SWAPPED OUT, AND WOULD THEN PRESENT THIS FAKE NECKLACE TO MY PARTNER FOR CHRISTMAS. A PIECE THAT SHE WORE NON STOP FOR THREE YEARS STRAIGHT, AND NEVER TOOK IT OFF. WHAT TIFFANYS REPLACED HER ORIGINAL NECKLACE WITH WAS A CHINTZY FAKE, SOMETHING THAT WAS A FRACTION OF THE WEIGHT , SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT THE SAME COLOR AS THE BRACELET (AS THIS WAS A SET), AND NOT ONLY THAT WAS NO LONGER AUTHENTIC. DISGUSTED BY THE EXTREME LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE LACK OF INTEGRITY, THE LACK OF CONSIDERATION, THE LACK OF CARE, THE LACK OF DOING THE RIGHT THING WHICH IS TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL PIECE THAT I BROUGHT IN. IF YOU GO INTO THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON WITH TREASURED JEWELRY, BEWARE. WEIGH YOUR GOLD, GET INSURANCE, TAKE PICTURES, VIDEOS, AND BETTER YET - DO NOT LET YOUR PIECE OUT OF SITE. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST HURTFUL EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A RETAIL SETTING AND THE FACT THAT THERE IS ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO ONE CARES IS BEYOND DISTURBING. TIFFANYS HAS ICED US OUT, AND DISMISSED OUR PLEA FOR THE TRUTH IN THE FACT THAT THERE WAS INTERNAL THEFT HAPPENING IN THIS STORE. WE KNOW WE ARE NEVER GOING TO GET THIS NECKLACE BACK, BUT THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. SOMEBODY ELSE WILL SIT IN THIS SAME PLACE, ANOTHER WOMAN WILL FEEL THIS PAIN. WE URGE YOU TO CONSIDER AND HEAR OUR GRIEVANCES. WE HAVE REACHED OUT COUNTLESS TIMES TO HIGHER UPS, TO MANAGEMENT, TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY ARE IGNORING OUR CRIES. I CAN'T EVEN FATHOM WHY TIFFANY & CO. DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. IT HAS BEEN SO PAINFUL, SADDENING, AND OUTRIGHT WRONG. THE LEAST THEY COULD DO WAS TO REPLACE THE NECKLACE, A STOCK PIECE. INSTEAD, THEY IGNORE. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

    My son bought a "Return to Tiffany, mini heart tag, sterling silver beaded bracelet" about a month ago from this store. He saved the bracelet as a gift and waited for the actual birthday to give this as a present. The bracelet fitted a little snug so I called on my son's behalf the sales rep, FENGLIN LI, left a message for her to please call me and to this day she has not returned my call. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks. That is very unprofessional and poor customer service.
