  There's always a positive experience every time I go here whether it's to make a purchase, get a repair or just to browse.

  For customer service inquiries like buying a replacement for a lost earring or having pieces sent out for repairs, this is not the best location. The staff seem rushed or maybe not as well-trained, sometimes making small errors or not bothering to look into all options, which is in stark contrast to other locations I have gone to both in MA and elsewhere on the East Coast.

  used to get all my ex's little dont be mad at me gifts here, staff is awesome and knows when to talk to you or just help you out

  Very helpful staff. Picked up a graduation present for my daughter today and the woman could not have been nicer/more accommodating.
