  Given the history, getting to shop at Shreve, Crump & Low is predestined to be a special event, but working with Brian Walker made it simply incredible. Brian knows his stuff, so it felt more like an exciting history lesson of timepieces than a routine shopping trip. He went above and beyond to help us get different bands and never pressured us in any direction for the watch itself. I highly recommend Brian and S,C&L and hope to return soon!

  Absolute 5-star of my experience with Mike Shaw.My wife and I were looking for a pair of watches but had no clue what exactly to buy at the moment so just sent out an email of questions. Mike was the guy to assist me and answer every questions of mine with his comprehensive understanding of time pieces. So the conversation went on an on through emails, Mike was always patient, professional , honest, and knows exactly what a customer wants and feels comfortable. Mike offered a great price on the Blancpain watches I decided to buy, I immediately accepted the offer and that was the first time we even spoke through the phone. How easy and perfect if every customer service experience could be like this! Great watches , outstanding service, can't be any happier about it :) I'll definitely recommend Mike and Shreve, Crump & Low to my friends.

  Shopping at Shreve, Crump and Low was a great experience for me on all counts and reminded me of the value of shopping local instead of from an online jeweler. I was looking for a specific watch model that was very difficult to find and after submitting an online inquiry, Mike Shaw quickly emailed me back confirming they did have it in inventory. During my visit later that day, Mike was highly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and also provided very helpful feedback to me on watch fit. I really enjoyed talking with him and his passion for watches is evident. I left with the new watch on my wrist and am looking forward to going to Mike for all my future watch purchases!

  Had a great time at SC&L last weekend buying a watch. Worked with Brian Walker, who was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable about watches. Clearly wears/collects/buys them, not just sells them. Knew practical details as well as trivia. Also, very easy to get along with. Unpretentious, low pressure. The collection they have there is fantastic too, well curated and displayed nicely. I will stop in for certain next time I am in Boston, hopefully with the $$$ to buy a new watch!

  Walked in and we were fortunate enough to meet Susan Murotake-Rollins right away. She immediately impressed us with her enthusiasm both for us, while looking for engagement rings, and for the extremely high quality products they have. The first ring she showed us was exactly what we were looking for, however she still presented plenty of other options which were equally high quality at prices above and below what we were looking for comparison. Then she took us through every time piece we asked about, with knowledge about each individual watch, finding amazing watches that were comparable and listening to what we wanted and staying within those criteria. She never pushed for a sale, and since she knew both would be surprise gifts purchased later, was extremely discrete not to tip the hand of what each of us would be getting. She took our information and gave us hers to be sure we will both be able to get for each other just what we wanted to purchase. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a jeweler. I’ll certainly be back for any purchase I intend to make.
