::Very unprofessional staff. Scheduled an 8am appointment to have them come out to my house and take a look at my car to get an estimate. 8am rolls around and they donât show up so I call at 8:30 and they say theyâll call me back to see âwhere the guy is atâ. They take about 15 minutes to call me back and claim he didnât forget about me, he just had to go help someone with another vehicle. They offer to reschedule for Monday but I needed it taken care of Saturday so I say âNo thank you, Iâll have to take it somewhere elseâ and they immediately hung up. I donât know how this place has good reviews with customer service like that. If youâre going to miss an appointment, at least let the customer know. Donât try to lie about it and then hang up on them. Wonât ever be doing business with them.
