  I was a car salesman I understand the tactics dealer use. I didn't deal with that here. No what will it take to get u in this car? No let me see what my manger says, no let me try and beat that deal. They beat everyone else without the back n forth. It was yes I understand here is our best price and CVT for your trade. WOW! A lot of ford dealers could learn from this place.

  I cannot even begin to explain the level of excellent service that you will receive at this Ford location by the body shop folks. I have never, ever in my life experienced such professionalism, courtesy and genuine care from the manager down to the receptionist. Brad Kurth, Body Shop Manager, is an exceptional human being and truly understands Customer Service. He is an extraordinary person and is someone you will never forget meeting. Josh Bailey who works under Brad is also quite impressive and knowledgeable, he takes after his leader. Laura Martinez, the receptionist, is very personable and makes you feel at home. These great folks will totally take care of you and your vehicle like no one else. The body shop workmanship is excellent quality and I trust them with my vehicle. They have my loyalty as a customer. That is why I buy Ford and don’t drive anything but Ford’s.

  I went to Park Cities Ford to purchase my first car. Joe D'Angelo made this process so easy. He immediately found the car I had been looking at online . Throughout this process he was always willing to go above and beyond to make car buying as easy as it could be for me. Very kind and supportive. Was even willing to help get my family's other car home when we took the car back. Really great customer service and now I have my first car!

  Had my 3rd wonderful experience at Randall Reeds Park Cities Ford. Just bought my 3rd car from them....a Ford Fusion Hybrid SE. Have had wonderful experience with the cars since I bought my first one in 2012. Robert Bauer sold me all three.....He is a pleasure to deal with and a straight shooter. My former life has been in purchasing and have dealt with many salesmen over a 38 year period. Robert is one of the best.

  Wow! What a great experience! As a first time car buyer Park Cities Ford really blew it out of the water! Robert Patterson and Richard Sanchez made everything so easy for me, they didn’t make me feel pressured which was awesome. And, of course, Keith Burris made the financial part of buying a car so smooth! He knew I only had so much to spend, and helped me to get to the monthly payment I was comfortable with. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to make their car buying experience relational and quick! Thank you guys for all of your hard work and support!
