  The endorphins are flowing, the music's pumping - you're part of something. Throwback Fitness with Brian is the ultimate feel good class, you won't even feel the time passing. We played games, partnered up with others, and worked every muscle group.

  I hosted a corporate team outing with Throwback and it was an incredibly fun and unique team-building experience. Ryan was a great instructor to work with from start to finish, and we loved all of the activities he picked for our group. We were there for our department's holiday party and not everyone was into the idea of going to a fitness class, so he customized a bunch of drinking games (with actual beer!) that were super fun, competitive, and still a little active, which was a great change of pace for a group that is in an office all day. The next day everyone who participated told me what an awesome time they had, and how nice it was to switch it up from the usual happy hour or dinner. We went bowling at last year's party, and all agreed that this was a better time. I had also been to a few of Throwback's regular classes before this and really enjoyed them. The games are so entertaining that you don't realize what a good workout you're getting, and Ryan and Brian both do a great job at motivating the class and keeping everyone engaged. Overall, this was such a fun and memorable experience to have with coworkers or friends. We will be back for a summer field day! Thanks!

  The instructors at Throwback are super hands-on and the customer service is excellent (they remember everyone's name and send you an email checking on your experience after your first class). The space is simple but the well thought out class plans make the most of it.

  One of the most fun workout classes in the city. Have brought many friends here and they all love it. A great workout that doesn't feel like a workout. Great instructors.

  The Class: Small but good environment, make you feel confident and fun. Staff: Brian (Co-owner and staff) and Java are really helpful, he help/care everyone in the class no matter you are new start or you been there long time. This is not like Equinox, Blink or others fitness class. I love this place and will back again.
