  Paid double what I agreed to from the online booking...Was not shown bill details until after the agreement was signed and even then it looked like total charges, but instead they were additional charges from what I had already paid online. Two separate billings, one when I reserved and then another surprise bill two days after I had left Phoenix. Seems like deliberate deception. Done with Thrifty!

  Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else. When you need to contact them it rings for 10 straight minutes and when u try to contact the manager it hangs up on you

  Sounds just like the thrifty owner Aaron Carlson describes in his review of the thrifty auto sales on country club. Check out his review please before you rent from here. The guy is a total condescending prick and his piece of a wife too who clearly wears the pants in the relationship because he really is a bitsh to work with and same goes for anyone else they have had there for a while. PS I love you guys too. Not. Aaron should be President. Thank you for saving others with your great reviews my trusted local Google guide. 400 plus reviews and he just doesn't stop ripping into to scumbags like this owner. You should seriously think about following him on Google maps and like his stuff. Because he spits the truth on Facebook too. Look for Aaron Carlson and you will see he is very devoted and clearly spends a lot of time and money to pull these aholes out of the gutters and into the public eyes. Thanks for reading my review

  I've rented from here twice now. The customer service reps are not the speediest but never a line or a problem with the cars. Unlike the other agencies they let you pick your car which is nice.

  Car had less than 5,000 miles on it. It was very clean for the most part. Contrary to other rental car companies, there was no line to see an attendant and "check-in". However, the line to actually get our car was long and only got longer by the time we left. If you had a compact/economy car (like most people do) the wait was 30+ mins just standing there. In their defense, it was Memorial Day weekend.
