  I started on a 10-day Groupon special around February 2015 and have been a member since. What separates this gym from others are the different modalities it offers. From CrossFit (for beginners, competitive and masters athletes) to Olympic lifting, Power lifting, TRX, Kettlebell training, Yoga, along with a handful of specialty classes. With class offerings 7 days a week, most during the week you definitely have no excuse get a workout in. It's located right in the heart of downtown's SoFA District and walking distance to local coffee shops and eateries. Its not uncommon for us to have post workout homemade baked goodies or maybe even a brew or two. Drop by and check us out.
