  Great environment with positive vibes and an amazing staff! In addition to the above, it is a one-stop-shop because they have great products on site! Everything from pre-workout, protein, or even your amino acids (and members receive a discount)! If you need help getting into shape, or just want to get to the next level, this environment is the place to do it! The owner, Tory, is there often and is always encouraging his members to succeed...he might even be open to training sessions if his time allows it. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed! Also, worth checking out the clothing brand they offer. High quality materials with a signature fit!

  Great gym! The staff and trainers are friendly. Perfect equipment for me and my wife.

  Great place to work out. It's very low key in terms of crowds. I love the energy here. It's a really cool gym. If you work in downtown or live near by its definitely a great place to work out

  One of the best gyms in the south bay. Geared more towards people into lifting / bodybuilding. Incredibly positive atmosphere, solid, very well kept (and styled) equipment. Very reasonable prices, validated parking at the garage across the street. Worth a visit if you want a gym that's positive and well cared for.
