  I arrived Saturday 3pm, their closing time. Maria, one of the attendants had already closed the door, yet when she realized my disappointment she immediately opened and let me in. I needed to drop this package today, one more day could have been problematic for me. That was sooo nice. But she didn't stop there, she kindly helped me to get the package in, at the counter gave me helpful information for future shipments and a brief explanation of the usual scheduled pick up time and the printing of customers labels through email, sweet sweet lady, all smiles and helpfulness. Daniel was there taking care of other clients and still took time to acknowledge my presence and congratulate me on the fact that I had gotten in at the last minute. You guys make UPS look good. Thank you for being so caring, I owe you Starbucks or some sweet treat. Hugs.

  This is the nicest and friendliest UPS location. Very happy with their service.
