  I wasn’t able to get into Indonesia because my passport would expire within 3 months. So I had to fly back from Korea and I went straight to this place after my flight back and was able to get my passport within 3 days on Saturday. Then flew back that Sunday to Bali.

  I scheduled a cruise vacation with the family and didn’t realize until the 11th hour my kids passports were expired. They helped me put together the documentation, clearly explained the process and I got text messages advising of the status at every point.   Wow ! Amazing service! Everything as promised, the great customer service lady helped me through the entire process, the passport arrived on the day before they said it would, everything was just great, alerts kept me up to date, nothing but good things to say.

  The absolute worst customer service! Called me to say I needed to pay an extra $200 to step up level of service, this was after a month of me sending them everything, and multiple phone calls, had to change my trip and refused to pay them and went with another company to expedite! I strongly suggest you use another company, and good luck calling after they get your money, I had multiple 40 min hold times when I would try and contact them! 617354 Email me and I will tell you the whole story, I just got our expired passport back today and sending in to another company today to get expedited.
