  Great place if you want a good workout community. Everyone is in there putting in 110% into every workout. I did personal training with Joel as well and he is amazing. Really pushes you to your max and makes every single workout count. Knows his stuff!

  The sweatshop is my happy place and wouldn't change it for anything! It has helped me physical and mentally. I found myself in so many levels. Everyone from Jfitt, Denise, Stephanie and Joel are the best of the best and of course Ivette in the shake bar. Thanks sweatshop family for being more than just a gym.

  The Sweat Shop Dallas is a great gym for a beginner as well as the avid gym goer. The trainers there do an amazing job of keeping you motivated and making sure your form on certain exercises are on point. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone! I even got my 50 yr old mother to workout there.

  This is the place to workout. Joel #joeyfreshtraining is constantly switching up the routines and pushing you out of your comfort zone. First class is free so you have nothing to lose. The environment/culture of the shop forces you to push harder. You will not be disappointed.

  #coach_slo I love the atmosphere, the dedication, & the patience working out with staff. Teaching you how to correctly workout and how to push yourself and your limits. I've been here for a year and a half and this is my home away from home. I love the people here. Also, if you need your ass kick with a good workout, hit Stephanie up.
