  I love this gym and being a part of it. We get to help people and show them that they are capable of things they never thought possible! From our trainers to our owners, everyone at our facility really cares. Working here with these guys and gals is the best part of my day, every day.

  I was visiting from out of town and forgot my key to get in and the manager was so considerate and allowed me to come on in and workout ! The place was clean and in perfect order!

  Was my home gym for about a year. The staff, especially Azra, are all very kind and helpful. The place is a bit small, but there's an abundance of equipment, mirrors, and well maintained machines. The building is clean, and the gym-regulars are all very friendly and maintain a great atmosphere.The price is a bit high, but in my opinion, worth it.

  This place is pretty great. They have a good amount of equipment. I do wish they had bumper plates, but few gyms do. And their decline bench sucks. Other than that, it's awesome. I've rarely had to wait for a machine. Everyone is nice. The staff is amazing, very personable and friendly. It is a small gym compared to 24 hr or lifetime, but it's serves a smaller client base, so it doesn't need to be big. Its a good place for beginners as well, due to the friendly atmosphere and the classes they offer. The personal bathrooms and showers are really nice, which I never thought would be a selling point for me, but they really are nice. I've been to some gyms that are nasty like 24 hr. But these are always clean and stocked. And if you live in North oak cliff, why would you go anywhere else?
