Service was amazing! My wife and I felt like VIPs from the moment we walked in the doors. Amanda the hostess was very welcoming. Our waitress Jamie was incredible. Super friendly and on top of everything. I was very impressed with the way things operate at the St Paul Grill and will definitely be returning. Hats off to the culinary team for making an extremely delicious meal.

Quite possibly the most delicious steak I've ever had. The waiter was super knowledgeable and full of personality. Wish I could afford to eat here more often.

We had a nice dining experience, here. It's been awhile since our last visit and it was just as good as we remember. Our server, Toni P. was a pleasure and we truly appreciate all of the effort she put forth. We live a few blocks away and hope to continue to come here, for many years to come. Thank you!

The price for the food was not worth what we got. The halibut sauce was delicious, but I expected the size of the fish to be thicker. The filet mignon was cooked medium rare, but it came out on a piece of lettuce - it needed better plating skills. The waiter was okay, the cocktail I got was delicious, the food can be better.

The St. Paul Grille is consistently one of St. Paul's best dining spots. The ambiance and menu are upscale. However I was disappointed with the service this past Friday night. We came in late on a Friday night for dessert and ordered the apple crisp and molten lava cake without the alcohol. We stressed to the waitress that we do not want any alcohol in the lava cake (for religious reasons), as there was as per the menu (bourbon). She said that the restaurant would be able to accommodate us on that request. However, when we began eating the cake we couldn't tell at first but towards the bottom I took a bite of cake that left a tingling sensation in our mouth, indicative of alcohol. We didn't want to make a scene as it was around closing and we had already finished most of the cake at this point. I would say if you have a dietary restriction, inform the wait staff and double check after you receive your food. After our experience I was disappointed with the sloppy wait staff/kitchen staff.
