  Always a pleasure to stay at my second home. they treat me like family. SO NICE SINCE IT'S BEEN REMODELED. FINALLY A NICE LOUNGE AND BAR AREA, with adjoining restaurant with nice food to boot.

  Worth every penny! Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were amazing. We ordered room service for dinner and it was incredible. Thanks for making our five years of marriage memorable and extra special!!!!

  I was only there for a brief meeting for an upcoming regional event. We have a rather large group. From the moment I walked in, there was nothing but professionalism and warmth at every turn. I noticed there were some physical changes made to the property. The hotel was still exceptionally elegant and modern at the same time. I always enjoy going to the Ritz and look forward to our next meeting there

  We absolutely love the experience of the Ritz Carton Cleveland. First class the rooms are always nice, but they have finished remodeling the rooms and they are beautiful! Modern, clean lines with details to make the experience memorable like build in reading lights in headboard of the bed, night lights in the bathroom, gourges marble bathrooms. Good food, friendly and cheerful staff. I can go on and on, but do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the experience instead of a material gift! The Ritz Carlton way-My pleasure!

  Recently remodeled, the Ritz Carlton in Cleveland is as nice as it gets if you’re looking to impress or to really treat yourself. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfy, with pillow top mattresses. Consistent with the high expectations of the Ritz, the staff at every level is helpful. The restaurant seems to buy as much as possible locally at the West Side Market nearby. The fitness room is designed by the Cleveland Cavaliers’ coaching and fitness staff since visiting NBA teams usually stay there. If you stay there on the day of a home game, it’s likely you’ll see the team and their staff all over the hotel.
