The venue is amazing, however there are some downs. The speakers in the room we were in were really bad quality. Very difficult to listen to the music. People were having a hard time trying to dance to it. I understand the bartenders were busy, but they weren't focusing on who was next in line, getting people aggravated while they kept getting skipped over. I'm hoping this was just a bad night, and that if I come back I'll have a better experience.

Let me preface by saying, I had a great time with my friends and the DJ was great. However, the staff has a lot of work to do. First, we had signed up on the guest list and their website stated if we arrived before 11, we would get in for free. Well, we arrived at 10:45 and were told that we had to pay $5. By all means, I don't mind paying $5, but its the lies and false information presented by the location that upsets me. Well, I paid and got my hand stamped and walked to the dance floor. There is zero reception in the dance floor/ bar areas so I found myself stepping out to communicate with friends who were on their way and the staff were incredibly rude when I needed to talk to my friends. Do they not realize there is zero reception and people need to communicate with folks? And that if my friends can't find me, they can't come in and thus cannot spend money on drinks? Long story longer, they need to do better. There is no reception, but the DJ was poppin.
