  I got some passport photos, in and out in about 10 minutes and it was a pleasant experience. I love my photo, as much as you can love an unhappy looking mug shot of yourself, hehe

  They did a great job... advice, execution, etc. Felt good to support local business. Happy to do so when the quality & friendliness is there.

  Very pleased. It is somewhat expensive--though all framing stores are--but well worth it for friendly and helpful service and an excellent end result. Would certainly use again.

  I went to this store in a rush to get a cross-stitch piece framed for my boyfriend's birthday, which was the same day. They told me initially that it would take about an hour and a half to get done, but they realized I was running out of time so they got started on it right away and it ended up getting back to me within 20-30 minutes. Although it was a bit pricey, it was excellent quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And my boyfriend loved it! I'll definitely be back if I can find an excuse.

  I needed a customized jersey framed. I came across the Picture Store and couldn't be happier with the result! They were able to turnaround the framed jersey in a matter of 3 days, which is no easy feat considering the intensive labor involved. My research showed me the whole process takes at least one-two weeks (measurements, ordering of the materials, stitching, framing, and etc.) Not only did they turn it around in three days due to the retirement party coming up, but they did a good job and delivered exactly what I was looking for: a high quality job. The pricing is not cheap, but you really pay for quality when it comes to these kinds of things, and I have no buyer's remorse whatsoever. This small business has a strong desire for customer service and works hard to meet customer's needs.
