::The process of uploading cash onto a charlie card from a street-level stop on the green line is something I do all the time. The conductor on one particular trip didn't understand what I was doing and tried to help. He only made my day worse. He tries to load the $20 bill onto my card, but ends up giving me a lousy $20 charlie ticket. This is where the charlie store comes into the picture. The incident happened on a Sunday and the conductor initially told me to go to Park Street for a reimbursement form that would refund me my twenty dollars. Unfortunately, life is never that simple. I went to Park Street only to find out they didn't carry the reimbursement form from a transit ambassador; it can be found at the charlie card store, however. I asked for the office hours and the phone number to the store from the employee. I was given a pamphlet that said they were open until 6pm on Sundays. However, when I called the number in question, the automated voice said they closed at 4pm on sunday.

::gute anlaufstelle wenn man tickets für die bostoner öffis braucht. die mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, zumal mein englisch evtl. ein wenig schwer verständlich ist/war ;) ... witzig, da für mich sehr ungewohnt, ist der einlass in den shop, der erst nach einen "wink-zeichen" gestattet wird, möglich ist. und dass man eine nummer bekommt - wie beim onkel doktor :). ging aber echt rasch und mir wurde bestens geholfen!

::Quincy Adams machine ate my card and no attendant was there to help. Meanwhile my train shows up and I can't be late for work. So naturally I assume that I should be able to get a new card fairly easily since I know these machines break down all the time. I make 2 phone calls and talk to an attendant and no one can do anything about it!!! Little did I know that the MBTA policy is to screw the consumer over even if its their machine's fault. I use this service because I have to, and I will continue to use this because I have to. But I find it incredulous that the Boston Business Journal reports how over a third of these MBTA employees get over a 6 figure income yet I can't get anyone to actually help! You guys suck

::It's a good place to go,but it's crazy to get too I wish there was one at North station too it's kind of hard for me to get too,good help and I think them!
