  The place is very nice and the staff is very nice. I would love to spend every anniversary there if possible, but I did really enjoy the time there and I would recommend this place to everyone. I would say that if you get the chance to visit the place, please do.

  Good location. Room was nice but small. WiFi barely worked. Bathroom was very small. Staff was very nice, helpful when asking for places to eat.

  I travel for business so stay here often. I have to give it 2 stars because Emelda at the front desk tried to overcharge me for parking. She charged me for 2 cars and at the wrong price when i insisted something was wrong. I wonder how many business travelers this happens to. Marco at the front desk and Oscar A of North Beach parking were amazing in resolving the situation and for that I would stay again. The rooms are actually not bad for SF. I just have to rate low because Emelda would have charged my card $91 for one night of parking after i told her that didnt sound right several times. Watch your parking charges but other than that its decent stay. The bed was very comfortable. Not a great channel selection in the rooms but there is access to food establishments within walking distance and in the lobby.

  Walls are very thin. The shower leaked whenever we used it. Staff were typically very curt. Mini fridge was broken when we arrived. Building is old so there are almost no power outlets. It's in a good location though, and cleaning staff were decent. It was clean, too, though my bed sheets had holes in them.

  All compliments are given to the staff (including maintenance person and front desk), very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is too old. There are stains on the bathtub which seem unlikely to be removed. There’s even a big hole on the curtain. Location is great though.
