  I stayed here on business. Was only there for 1 night, but the room was very clean and quiet. It's located in downtown, with access to many restaurants and shopping. They also have their own cafe in the lobby.

  Very convenient location right next to Powell Street Station, a major BART/Muni station. Easy to find. The room was affordable and very clean. Small, but reasonable. There is a water bottle filling station on every floor, something I wish all hotels had. I signed up for their "green" program for a $5 food credit and room upgrade. Unfortunately, I left a do not disturb sign on my door, but it was missing when I returned and housekeeping had been in. I was also woken up at 4am by a man yelling in the hallway next to my room. Be aware that the tenderloin neighborhood, starting about a block west of the hotel on mason street, can be startling for those unfamiliar with the homelessness problem facing SF. Not a bad area, just maintain situational awareness.

  My first room was super loud so I had to ask to move the second night. I'm on the second night now but so far it seems much better on an interior room. First room was good except for being quite loud from the outside. This new room actually seems a little bit bigger as well as being much quieter. The hotel itself seems quite nice and friendly plus being clean while the room seem somewhat small they are still nice.

  The hotel is in a great location. Seconds from public transport and all the shopping that you like and an easy uber ride to anywhere. The room was beautifully decorated and calm. The cafe food was nice as well, I had breakfast there and it was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

  Loved the vibe inside the hotel. The lobby was very welcoming and tons of books to dig your nose into. The arcade and tv area was really cool and spent some time up there. Coffee in the morning, when it finally arrived was very good as well. Great location in the heart of the city. Fun to watch the trolley right out front. It wasn’t a downfall for myself but lots of marijuana smell around at all times of the day. Close to everything that was involved with my conference
