::I went to The Mindfulness Center for the first time for corporate wellness with my co-workers and boss! Great experience!! I decided to go back on my own to do hypnosis with Aurora and it was so peaceful and I felt so much lighter when I left! Then I went back for acupuncture with Jim! I've been wanting to try acupuncture for years but was nervous and kind of skeptical! Let me just say - WOW! It was amazing - start to finish and I left feeling amazing and so relaxed! I can't wait to go back and I am hooked from the first appointment! I recommend The Mindfulness Center for everything you need! They will exceed your expectations! Everyone is so amazing there! I can't say enough good things!

::Would highly recommend The Mindfulness Center. After suffering severe back pain from a car accident, I decided to go a head and give Chiropractic a shot. At first I was a bit skeptical but after my first visit with Dr. John Alloway, I could already tell a significant improvement. After a few more sessions my pain was completely gone.
