  This complex is ROACH INFESTED..Management is greedy for your $$$,,and very rude when you're ready to move out..If for some reason you have to get out of your rental contract Early,,YOU WILL BE THREATENED BY MANAGEMENT THAT IT'S GOING STRAIGHT ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT!!🤤🤤 NO MATTER WHAT YOUR REASON IS,and I had a LEGAL REASON TO MOVE OUT 🤤🤤🤤They make it very easy to move in,,but VERY HARD AND DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO LEAVE..BEWARE..!!!

  Management sucks. They don't care about anyone but themselves. And you can't do ANYTHING, they took away the picnic tables and we aren't allowed to sit on steps, sidewalk or anything the only was we can sit outside is if we bring a chair out and it HAS to be a outside chair. WAAAAY to many rules it's more like a prison than anything else. They send out eviction notices after being ONE DAY LATE!!!! Just not a good place to live.. OH and the roaches are HORRIBLE!!!! And I keep my house spotless and still have roaches really bad!!!!! Need NEW management!!!!

  It's alrgt, train tracks rgt on the side of it so you do get startled, pool closes in Sept and opens back up in May which I don't like that, but it's pretty quiet.

  The complex is Okay...it can use TLC....new appliances or atleast updated or fixed correctly. Also the buildings could use some loving care to. As well as the pool! The pool should be opened all the time!!! Unless they are cleaning it. Since we pay rent...we should be able to hit the pool up anytime! I Definently won't let my friends know about this place. Ita been okay to stay temperary...but not for to long...rules end up being made and you start to feel like a kid in high School sleeping at friends house. But cheap rent..decent people.

  Small for a one bedroom. Staff and maintenance knowledgeable. Clean grounds.....reasonable rent.
