  The hotel experience was terrible...my first room had bugs (not bed bugs)...one even crawled on my wife in bed while we were sleeping. After changing rooms in the morning, the next room had no hot water. The third room they switched us to stunk to high heaven. Finally, the fourth room was adequate. The hotel has a hot water issue. The hallways were not vacuumed. The workout room was in disrepair. The pool was closed. I can keep going...not worth the stay. On a good note, the hotel staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. I was refunded the first night.

  The beds are comfy. However, it's like they took an older hotel and quickly remodeled it. Our door didn't shut unless we forced it. A maids cleaning cart was in the hallway way the entire time during our stay. It was a hassle to get around with disable person. The hotel staff was not rude but not nice either. We report the maids cart and nothing was done. The hot tub was broken and there was not sign posted for it. When we report it, the hotel personal response was "didn't you read the sign posted"... Breakfast was so so.

  It was a good experience the people were nice the pool was clean they had a hot tub but there are then walls so we can hear the people next door.

  I enjoyed the Hampton Inn in Waco. The people were friendly, the hotel was well-maintained and ultra-clean. Breakfast was good. Try the waffle shaped like Texas. Good access to parking, freeway.

  This hotel is very nice! I loved the cleanliness of the common areas and the 24/7 coffee. The beds we're super comfy. Although, our rooms were not cleaned when we arrived. We had to ask them to re-clean our rooms before we could stay. Besides that, it was great service and a pleasant stay. Cracker Barrell and Starbucks within walking distance.
