  The trailers appear in bad shape and there is a distinctive smell. Not just garbage but something rotten mixed in.

  Living right next to this trailer park is absolute hell. Constant yelling, screaming, fighting, partying, dogs barking, loud music, police, and much more. We have thought about moving because this trailer park is the worst. Do NOT recommend.

  Office staff is the worse. They only fight with everyone and never help. If I knew the hell I would feel living here I would have stayed homeless. Its the worse place we have ever lived. The kids cant play outside, trash everywhere, broken glass everywhere, Drug paraphernalia all over the place, over all not safe at all. They have a contract with a towing company that can tow your car for any reason at all. We have lost 3 cars bc we could not pay to get them out, for parking them in our spots we pay for. Im sure they will read this and make our lives even worse if that's possible. But I feel like I need to warn others of the nightmare of being trapped here. If your thinking about moving here I am telling you to stay away from here. IT IS HELL!!!
