  The lack of professionalism and complete disrespect for clients is what made me quit and never go back to the main barre. I felt very disrespected and was shocked by the complete rudeness of owner Audra skaates. I would never go back after the experience I had. I was a loyal monthly member that actually rarely had time to go because of my schedule - I am a young doctor who covers 5 hospitals all over Los Angeles. I live about 1 hour away from my job and her studio. Nonetheless I noticed the lack of organization and poor professionalism when on multiple occasions, I would actually make the one hour drive from my place only to get a last minute text from Audra that she decided to cancel class at the last minute bc of whatever excuse - which happened all too frequently. the last straw was when I signed up for a Friday 6:15 am class (yes I actually underslept and left my place at 5 am to make it on time, and yes I was actually 5 mins early). I waited outside of the studio, knocked on the door, and no one answered. I patiently waited. After almost 30 mins of waiting, I decided to text to see if there was class at all. (That’s the other thing that bothers me - the schedule on the app is not accurate). She responded with a major attitude stating that I was late when I wasn’t - I simply asked her to check the video camera she has outside for evidence that I was actually there on time. She ended saying “I’m not going to go back and forth” and “I’ll contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss this further.” No thank you, I’m done with you. This is what you get and what you deserve for disrespecting and insulting your few loyal clients. No wonder your studio is suffering so much and doing so poorly

  This studio has a very welcoming atmosphere and the instructor gives a great workout.

  This is the first time at the DTLA location and really loved it. The wide open space with windows on almost every side so it felt like I was in fame! The instructor was super patient and gave everyone individual attention with direction of movement to work on our individual pace.
