::Great hot yoga studio in DT. Good selection of classes both pre- and after work. Plus they generally accept walk-ins. So no need to book in advance if you're not sure you'll be able to make it. They've got showers and 2 studios. I loved their Flow 2 classes, specially with Vivian, Cathrine, Kaleena and Emily. They do beautiful flows - such inspiring teachers!

::Cello Flow (NON-HEATED) with Kaleena Loved the instructor, she has a different flow to her class and gave very clear cues. The cello player created a nice ambience, I could feel the vibration throughout the room! This was not a heated class however the room was way to hot when I stepped in! They ran the fan twice which felt great but it wasnt enough with a fully packed room. All the bodies create enough heat and it was 80 degrees outside so I got nauseated towards the end. Roll & Relax (NON-HEATED) with Vivian Vivian is a great teacher. I learned a lot of new techniques to relive muscle tension. I enjoyed her music and guidance. Class did start a little late & didn’t concentrate on our backs as much as I would have liked per the request of the class.

::I go about twice a week. I'm more flexible, balanced, and relaxed whenever I go. Staff is friendly and welcoming and they know what they're doing. Highly recommend.
