::I purchased a two month membership. I explained my problem area to the chiropractors at each visit. No one ever gave me a regimen to follow or did anything to bring relief. I decided to cancel my membership. I called in advance to confirm that I could cancel on the 16th which was two months from the day I purchased the membership. The gentlemen told me I had to do it that day or be charged for another month. I did as he said and the next day, the joint charged my account. When I called to enquire about what had occurred, the lady that answered told me a different story. The only reason I gave them one star was because the system forces one to give at least one to submit a review. to cancel my membership after the two months

::Just joined about a month ago. Staff has all been great, doctor was very informative. Never had to wait, just in and out in a flash. Definitely glad I joined!

::I've seen Dr. Walker ever since I decided to rejoin The Joint because he does such a great job at adjusting me, anticipating my needs and making me comfortable. This is the only location I frequent because of him and the friendly front desk staff. I've never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes to see him, which I think is partly my luck. Going to the chiropractor is a vital part of my health.
