  For years I have traveled for miles to get Reiki and other natural services, all the while there was this amazing lil bungalow in my own neighborhood and I didn't even know it. The stars aligned when I met Cheryl. I've seen her twice now and I'm already starting to feel a lil more like my true self. Simply put, Cheryl is an amazing healer and such a wonderful giver of her talent to the local schools.

  Whether you have health issues to resolve or just want to maintain great health - Heights of Health can do it all. From the first time I stepped inside their place and every time since then, I have felt at home. There is so much love, kindness, peace, happiness and healing in that bungalow and most of it comes from the staff. I always feel good when I leave with a smile on my face. Thank you all for having an impact on my health and my happiness.

  Going to Heights of Health has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. With the help of Sonya and team this is the best I have ever felt! They have always given me of time and talent in a very comforting and supportive way. It has always been a pleasure to attend appointments. I am grateful beyond words and feel blessed that they have become a part of my life.

  I'm not sure I can adequately express in words what Heights of Health (specifically Sonya, Cheryl, and Amanda) has done for me and my health. They are honest, extremely helpful and responsive, and comforting each and every time I've needed something or have just had a question. My journey to good health has been very challenging at times and equally rewarding as well. I am forever indebted to this group for helping and guiding me and for always uplifting & motivating me to keep going in the right direction & to stay focused.   I arrived at Heights of Health 6 months ago feeling depleted and sluggish, knowing something was missing from my otherwise healthy lifestyle. With regular visits, clearing and adding of supplements, I feel practically like a new person. I have energy and stamina I haven't had since college (20ish years ago...). I am grateful to dear Sonya for getting me on track to feeling great! She is masterful at her work and very kind. And thank you Amanda at the front desk for always being so helpful!
