::No matter what department you go to you end up getting rude service and and the wait is long. Couldn't find anyone in the plumbing department so asked a lady in hardware for help with getting a shower pan cut. She asked me to wait a minute then after waiting 2 minutes says if you want some help you're going to have to go over to the plumbing department very rude like. Poor service here. Would not recommend.

::I have been a Home Depot customer for a long time. After we bought our first house, this year, HD was our first stop. The advice we get is solid and the customer service excellent. My most recent visit left something to be desired. My husband and I are shopping for paint colors, for our 1983 ranch. Our little home has not had many updates, since it was built, so we were visibly overwhelmed. Two women, from your marketing team approached us, and offered to help. They were clealy pushing new kitchen cabinets, but said having an overall color scheme would help. We were not interested in new cabinets, just paint for our kitchen and livingroom. We were very clear on this point. After some talking, we indicated that we may want to sand and repaint our existing cabinets, but we would NOT be buying new ones. They pushed for an in home consultation for the next day. That is not feasible, for us.We were told we would miss out on some great deal, but could not tell us what it was. Sounds like dirty marketing. They were incredibly unprofessional and talked about drinking too much, and not being able to handle their alcohol. They took some of our information and we received a call, immediately. The gentleman asked when we would like our in home consultation for new cabinet doors. I explained, again, for the third time, we were just looking at paint for our walls and refinishing our cabinets. He explained they could not help and disconnected the call. The ladies were visibly frustrated with us and asked why we didnt set an appointment. I explained that we were misdirected. Oneof the maketing women then became very accusatory and repeatedly stated, "that's why I asked you". In reality, she did not listen. My husband and I finished our purchase and left. I'm not sure I will be shopping at HD for a while. These ladies were part of a traveling sales team and not the type of people I want to do business with.

::Horribly understaffed. This is why I prefer Lowes. Same price better service and twice as many registers open. Had to go here which I regret

::This is the WORST Home Depot in the entire area. They haven't fixed their machine for cutting wood in over 2 years as far as I can tell. Every single time I go there for anything, it's down. I can't drive down the damn road with 8 ft of a 16 foot board hanging out my back because you only sell 16 ft sections and have NO WAY TO CUT THEM! I HAVE TO GO TO BURLESON OR MANSFIELD TO GET ANYTHING DONE. THIS STORE SUCKS! I've called, I've complained, but nothing changes. As a loyal Home Depot customer, it pains me to say that even though this store is less than a mile from my house, I can't normally shop here, because I usually leave pissed off and having to travel South to Burleson anyway.
