  Awesome place. Has everything I need. The worst problem is they never have enough employees there. It's annoying but I put up. With it because it's close and had wonderful coupons.

  Let me start out by saying that I LOVE Harbor Freight. Generally low priced tools that work for what I use them for. I am usually in a store at least once a week. This location however, is a SH****LE. The lines are ALWAYS at least 4 people long. They never open an additional register when they are busy (they are busy from open to close, everyday), and on the off chance they do, the don't take customers in the order in which they were waiting. Good luck finding anyone in the store area for assistance, as there is no help for you here. Must be their version of the Hunger Games... Call them on the phone, and expect to be placed on hold for eternity, and when someone does finally come to the phone, they will NOT be able to answer your question. I was told I could not use the 20% coupon on an item, so I went to the website, and apply the coupon to my cart with that item in it, and voila!! it works. They obviously have no clue about the rules at their own store. Do yourself a huge favor, and drive the extra miles to the store in Arlington, you'll be happy you did.

  Great tool store i always leave with a couple of bags at least love the prices some of the tools are top of the line comparison some are not but all are cheep enough to replace if needed thanks harbor freight for a job well done

  My FAVORITE STORE!!! & I AM A GIRL well a woman.... They have just about any tool you need at a good price most with LIFETIME WARRANTY. What else could you want?? Free? You say, they have that too!!! They have coupon good for different freeby items in their mailer. Can't beat it.
