  I bought a bunch of industrial pipe three weeks ago to build a rack. I designed the idea myself and worked forever trying to make it look the way I wanted. I couldn't figure it out to save my life, so in desperation I took all the little pieces, put them in a big bag, and went Home Depot to get some help. I ran into Darrell and not only did he help but literally spend almost an hour working with me to make it perfect. He was so fun to work with, seriously just the best. You are lucky to have him and his expertise around the store. EB was a joy to work with as well. These two are just great!

  Almost always have what I need in stock. Employees are generally friendly and knowledgeable.

  Let me start by saying Chester was awesome helping me look for my chainsaw oil... Now the reason why I am giving this store a 4 star is because of the following... I checked out with a lady, that just was rude as can be.. now I understand everyone has a bad day, but your at work, and when I approach and say hi, I like to be acknowledged, not ignored, so I continue to let her check me out, so she asks if I want a bag, I said no thank you, i pay with my card, she hands me the receipt, I say thank you again, and she looks the other way.. customer service is everything, and I'm the type of person I will travel, just to be treated right.. Elizabeth will not treat you right, and if I go back, I will definitely stay away from elizabeth.

  Haysha in the customer service department was fantastic. There was an issue with the corporate online ordering and she stayed with me on the phone for an extended amount of time. Thanks again for your help.

  I needed to rent a truck to move some furniture and Home Depot had the best price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I paid a fraction of what I would have paid if I had gone elsewhere. They don't 'take reservations for rentals but because they have multiple trucks to rent, I waited less than 20 minutes for one on a Saturday afternoon.
