  I stopped in on a Monday to purchase a grill. They were extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. I bought the grill which they were able to assemble and deliver the next day. The guys that delivered the grill were prompt and courteous. I will be back for all of my hardware needs.

  The staff went out of their way to help me when I was looking for aid. Prices and availability are fine, but the people go that extra mile. I will frequent here again on my next project!

  Such a valuable neighborhood resource. Klein True Value may be small, but it has so many of the basic hardware items one would need, especially in a pinch. The staff is so friendly and helpful that they will work hard to find a solution to your hardware problem with what they have on-hand, but I've also had a few occasions where they've referred me to other places that may have what I need if they don't have it. I will gladly pay a bit more to come here and get the right item and advice rather than rely on a big box store.
