  The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced from any store. I asked to speak with an assistant manager, she hid from me for 30 minutes; I asked to speak with a store manager, a 2nd assistant manager came out instead; I asked to still speak with a store manager (I'm awaiting any sort of communication 3 days later); I asked for my issues to be escalated to a district manager (still haven't heard anything in 3 days). No matter what it costs me, I will never give this Home Depot my money for appliances or installations.

  They are usually nice, the older workers are tend to be more helpful and try to make give you information. The store is usually orderly and the lines arent bad.

  In and out. Found what we needed, ceiling tiles very easily. No hastle. Very clean and efficient. Highly recommend this Home Depot.

  Customer service great - had to make a return and it took less than 5 minutes. I then made a purchase an found both items without any issues.
