  While I like the brand, the associates at this particular location are in need of extra customer service training. I went in today to buy a gas grill. After pointing out the specific grill I wanted to Jeff, he said he needed to check if there were any left outside, even though I had already told him there weren't any out there. I waited for 20 minutes, and then found him helping another customer. He told me that there were none outside, but he could sell me the dusty, beaten up floor model. There was a new model in good shape right behind it but he couldn't sell me that one because, "they don't sell floor models." After giving me this conflicting information, he went to get his manager for me. The Manager, Mike, came to inform me that they have the model available unassembled in a box. This was the first time I was made aware of this information. He wrote the SKU number down on a piece of paper and told me to bring it to the cashier and they will bring it out to the front for me. After completing this step and waiting in the loading zone for 20 minutes, I went inside to check and see what was going on. The associate said she looked out front but nobody was there. I then spoke to the manager again who was now chatting with a co-worker and he told me "they're still getting it down from the pallet, it should be here soon." After such a long and frustrating wait, I decided to just return the grill. The cashier Petipher was very helpful, made returning the grill quick and effortless, and unfortunately was the only good part of my experience. After spending a full hour trying to purchase a grill in-store I had no patience left, and will have to purchase one online. I was extremely disappointed in my experience here today. If this weren't an already well established chain store, this kind of customer service practice would absolutely run a business into the ground within a year.

  Brand new store. Plenty parking, clean. Smiling employees make it a pleasure to shop there.

  New store seems to be larger than the average Home Depot. Lots of parking and laid out well.

  Great store. Best Home Depot I've been in. But, the check out lines need some improvement. If paying in cash, you go to checkout person and it's really slow.
