Great selections and service, prices are high but what are you going to do? You pay for quality. Now if only they can get the marigny location to be as well staffed and well run, and put together as this one, that would be a treat.

Quality, fresh produce, with delicious bakery and easily accessible off street parking. Extensive fresh meat and seafood section. Friendly staff. Well worth the trip for convenient uptown grocery shopping.

Fresh Market has very high-quality produce, meats, and groceries. For organic and whole foods, they have the best selection in the neighborhood. The deli is quite good, though more expensive than elsewhere. The flower department is quite large, so it's a good stop for florals. Overall prices are high, in keeping with the whole foods/organic/fresh grocery trend. The staff is friendly and atmosphere is relaxing, so it makes for a nice change from the more crowded grocery stores in the area. There is a small and quiet coffee bar/dining area upstairs away from the main grocery floor.

I am very, very, very happy that Fresh Market came to our neighborhood. It reminds me of the corner store in the "old days." Everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is clean and fresh. The store is easy to navigate and is just the right size for my family's needs. I feel so bad for them that the city has messed up the streets so that it is difficult to get into the store. I've lived in this neighborhood for 40 years and this store makes me happy (and well--fed).
