  Terrible delivery and even worse customer service. No one ever answers the phone and they ignore emails. They post items on the website as "in stock" when they aren't actually in stock.

  College Crib is the place to go for anything. Customer Service here is and beyond.Specially their employee Yuan that handles the internet services. This guy is just unbelievable, helping me order things for my Frat/Mason/Sorties/EasternStars brothers/sisters overseas and the states. Mr. Yuan, deserve a "BZ "meaning "Outstanding Job" brother. What I'm saying, this is a Five Star place to order your Greek Items and many other things. Keep up the work and hopefully this store will stay open for all Frats, Sorties, Mason and Eastern Stars until the world end. Most of all, GOD bless you all in the store and keep reaching for the stars!!!
