  I have been taking my dry cleaning here for years due to their service and consistency. Even now, while we moved 20 miles away, our family still makes the drive for their service.

  Yesterday (Saturday) because of kid activities, I forgot to pick up my work uniforms from The Cleaners of Keller. Since, I have to be at work on 5am on Monday, I was in a pickle. Needless to say, I was able to track down the owner's phone number and he met me at the store on a Sunday. I've been using his Timberland store for my dry cleaning since he opened it seven years ago. The staff he hired is, and has always been, friendly and courteous. This is the main reason I've been a customer for seven years. The other two cleaners at the intersection may or may not be cheaper, but for me customer service trumps all. Today, reinforced why I keep going back.

  First of all, I have been taking all of my cleaning to this location since before it held this name; Cleaners of Keller. In the early days, my items were returned in good order even though they dry-cleaned some items despite my asking for all to be laundered with heavy starch. I have never gotten what I consider to be heavy starch. Lately they have been very rough on buttons, destroying at least 2 on a number of shirts per round of cleaning. Worse of all, they went up $.50 per shirt to $3.03 per shirt and never disclosed a new price before I dropped them off. Our banks are required to disclose pricing....why does any business get away with not disclosing prices? They claim women's blouses are more difficult and don't fit equipment thus the higher fee is required....why then, do my blouses come back with wrinkled cuffs. There is no special care being taken to warrant the higher cost. My 3X shirts are no smaller than a boys shirt and they fit the equipment!!!! I am finding some other cleaners.

  These guys perform well and get the job done, but most of all it is one of the most honest and upstanding business owners that I've ever done business with. Trust your clothes to these guys, they will get it right and make it right, no questions asked, no hassles. Great local business!
