  I've been here a few times and each time I see the same female working there. No one else. She is not friendly AT ALL. Not sure what other people work here, or who the other reviews are referring to as "great customer service". This last visit I gave her my items and she never returned to my vehicle to get my information or even to tell me what day/time my items would be ready. I sat there waiting....finally drove off. I had read other reviews regarding the awful customer service at this location and for the life of me I cannot imagine a business would keep a person of this character as the first and only point of contact. I will definitely not spend my hard-earned money at this place. Too bad...great location and they did a good job on my clothes.

  Awful service, not friendly like other reviews claim. I will never go back. Lady at front was so rude, i was such an inconvenience for her. Guess i took too many items. 9 items to be exact. I will drive to another location. Even my husband said that she was super rude, and my husband likes everyone!!

  The facilities are well-kept and the faces there are always friendly. Also, they are prompt in their services that are provided. I highly recommend them!
