  Unbelievable service. I'm a daily commuter and the crew here is hands down the best and friendliest. They're always reasonable and focused on keeping people rolling. No hesitation to recommend!

  Andy helped me by fixing my creaky Copenhagen wheel. He put aside what he was working on to take care of me. Excellent work. The creak is gone. As a bonus, they also have a great selection of bike accessories. Among the best bike shops I have ever been in. Well done.

  Andy and Jake have helped me so many times throughout the years. These are some of the most down to earth people I have met. Always ready to help, these guys know their stuff, and can fix commuter bikes, carbon road bikes, fat tire bikes, build wheelsets... the list goes on and on. The one thing that stands out about the shop is you can drop off your bike in the morning, and get your bike for the ride home after work. I know that if anything is wrong with my rig, these guys are going to fix it and get me back on the road quickly.

  I bike commute from the ferry to Capitol Hill with my twin kids on an electric cargo bike. That morning while getting on the ferry we discovered our rear break didn't work. Not good. Andy fit us in right at 8:00, fixed our hydraulic line and got us back on the road safely. Now THAT is customer service! Oh, and the brake works great.

  Haven't yet had any work done. Waiting for parts to arrive, but all interactions thus far have been exceptional. I'll update if it turns out less than exceptional, but I have high hopes. Funny thing about the oddball one star reviews you sometimes find on review sites... Either it was unique circumstances or it reveals more about the reviewer him/herself. I have a hard time believing there is anything one star about this shop.
