  Great place, quick service, very polite staff! Convenient: I dropped off my bike at the beginning of the work day for a tune-up and picked it up at the end of the work day. Took ~ 5min of my time total.

  I actually stopped by here about a year ago when I had some issues with my new bike during a ride from Fremont to Downtown. The two employees at MBR stopped what they were doing as soon as I walked in to help me. They were able to fix the peddle issues I was having and even pointed out my fork was on backwards (first time putting a bike together on my own. Won't make that mistake again) and reversed the fork for me. The best part is that since I didn't need any new parts, they did not charge me. I bought a few small items to help support the business and departed. I'm glad I stopped by and I'm glad they were so helpful and didn't treat me like a fool for messing up my first assembly. I don't live in the area, so it's unlikely I'll be back any time soon (I am reviewing my only visit from a year ago, after all), but I would recommend MBR to any of my friends who live in Seattle.

  Great company. They picked up my bike and turned it around with full service in the same day. As an everyday bike commuter, I find their service extremely valuable.

  I had a great experience @ MBR - where my bike was in need of urgent care and a walk-in service (without the attitude). MBR is super convenient to downtown and South Lake Union and the mechanic Jesse was fantastic - great tech chops and customer service. Highly recommend.
