  The food was cold, the servers need more training for example they poured the wine glass to the top. The atmosphere not so great. The staff was polite just need more experience. I would suggest soft music as well.

  The Thanksgiving to go meal was delicious. The best meal I’ve ever had!

  Recently had an event catered @ The Bastion and was very dissapointed. The menu was a special request but do wish Chef Chandra had told us she might not be proficient at this type of meal. The portion was child size & the presentation was lacking in every way. It was very underwhelming for all our guests who were left to think there may be another course on its way. The food was edible but I do not recommend hosting an event at The Bastion

  We came here for Chef Chandra's 10 course Mediterranean tasting dinner. The setting was great, the service was outstanding, and the food was incredible. All Chef's food is always great but this was a really fun way to try different dishes from around the world where Chef will come talk to you and introduce you to the foods she's created for your dinner. I would highly recommend this event to anyone. My dad even liked it and he is historically a very picky eater.

  The Bastion catered my Thanksgiving this year -it made for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! It serves about 8 to 10 people, it's a set menu with just incredibly curated food items. There wasn't any food left over and may I just say it was also our first time trying Cajun deep-fried turkey never in my life have I tasted such savory goodness. Chandra the culinary Chef was most gracious and helpful in avoiding the multiple allergies we have in our family. There was no need to warm anything up. It was ready for pick up and ready to eat exactly at our pick up time. Save yourself time and kick back and enjoy a catered Thanksgiving to go!
