  5 stars for the food not the service natasha the cashier was very rude didn't greet as I came in and never waited on my table nor took my tray and the restaurant wasnt busy at all at this time just didn't feel as welcome as a customer should!

  They donated coupons to a fundraiser event and now won't honor the coupons Extremely irritating. So much for good will. Especially when that's what the company is built on.

  If there was a minus I would give it a - 10. I don't know why it happens to restaurants but somebody has messed up a really good sandwich. The hook and ladder. My sandwich had very little meat and was missing meet over an inch from both ends of the sandwich. That is about 20% of the sandwich with no meat. And it wasn't bunched up in the middle. Someone has decided to cut cost and cut out the amount of meat. I won't be back again they have messed up a good sandwich and will join Subway with losing restaurants. 10/8 I like this sandwich so much I thought I would try my usual location in Irving. Much to my relief all is good. It is just this FW location that uses less than half the meat. They should not be representing the Firehouse group.

  The sub I bought was so so good. I ordered the meatballs with cheese platter. Best buy ever.
