The billing staff and "patient representatives for billing" are inept and horrible. I can not get them to bill correctly or submit my claims correctly and on time to my insurance or the foundation that is helping me with my care. My emails are ignored, I get pushed off and told that the billing team has not received anything from insurance when I can see on the portal the claim was processed well over a month ago. This is STRESSFUL. All she wants to ask me is to pay on my account. I am trying to get you paid if you will submit my claims to the foundation. Also, you used to be able to call and talk to someone. Now you have to leave a message to even schedule an appointment.

My wife had an appointment with Dr. Dao at 8:30 AM and we were put in a claustrophobic room for over one and half hour and still NOT seen by the doctor. I’m writing this while still waiting for the doctor. Don’t know how much longer we would have to wait

This place is unsafe, run by unprofessional and hopelessly inept people . Appointments are pushed out constantly/ I was promised a “Team approach” It could only be a peewee rugby team with no coach, no ref and no snack mom. Also, the team they’re playing against? Their patients. There is no supervision or training of the hourly employees in Radiology/ no way to escalate privacy concerns and the number for the Privacy Officer - in the last paragraph of useless info? The person answering the phone doesn’t know who that might be. I have nightmares about all the other gowned, sick patients I had to see. They called my name over an intercom, so my company found out about my illness. My physical, mental, and professional health is worse as a result of my sad experience with this miserable excuse for a hospital.

What is going on there? It use run so smoothly, I was always impressed because I use to work for drs, scheduling, etc. I’ve been going there for five years every 3 - 5 months, now a week before my appointment I found out my appointment was canceled, no word I just happened to call in to double check time. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back, I’ve called multiple times daily. The people answering know nothing and are not helpful at all, a few have been extremely rude, this is so frustrating. I’m wondering what others are going through. I love my Dr. but this is crazy. Just now I tried again, I found out I was scheduled early morning without a word, text or voicemail… my previous appointments were always early afternoon for five years is that so hard to notice, I can’t do mornings? Was anyone going to let me know? Please go back to the way it was, it worked well!!! This was during Covid too, it still worked. Extremely frustrated!

I was referred by my hematologist Dr. Modi to see Dr. Burch. I showed up to my appointment only to be informed that Dr. Butch’s schedule had been cleared and was not in the office. The. I was informed his next available appointment wasn’t until February 24th. It took me a month to get the appointment I had scheduled and now I have to wait another month. This is absolutely ridiculous not to mention I was never notified that Dr. Burch left the office for the day. Talk about a total waste of time and gas. After looking and other reviews it appears this is the norm and I may need to start looking for services elsewhere.
